I have MS so my feet are very sensitive. I've worn this shoe to the gym for aerobic classes and circuit training, and have also worn them for walking 1+ miles outside. The arch support hits in the perfect spot. The shoe feels very supportive and fits my foot like a glove. Highly recommend.
