Shoc Pad™
You wouldn't ride a bike without a seat. The same logic applies for our Shoc Pad™ technology, which will give you a smooth ride without inhibiting your performance.

This is my 4th pair of Tevas in 16 years. They are durable and a great water sandal for a sandy ocean beach, a fun water park, or lakeside.

Comments about Hurricane XLT:
My first Teva were bought 15 years ago and I will never forget wearing them while climbing Dunn River Falls in Jamaica. I wanted a versatile sandal with support so I went to the source. I sear these are like wearing your favorite pair of tennis shoes. The are comfy, supportive ( I usually put inserts in all my shoes). I love that I do not have to worry about getting my feet wet they go from the beach right into the ocean. Highly recommend!

Q:
Are the black or darker soles of your Women's sandals constructed with non -'marking (ie boat) soles? Your competitor K___N has " non marking soles " literally stamped onto their soles providing buyer piece of mind. Need a new pair for upcoming sail boat trip and wanted to be informed before we bought?
Thanks!

Q:
How do you recommend cleaning these? Can you run them through the washing machine?Asked on 12/4/2012 by Tara from United States1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
We recommend hand-washing using an antibacterial soap. It is best to scrub the topsole with a brush to remove any dirt in the grooves and then rinse completely. Allow the sandals to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Machine washing is not recommended as it can be damaging to the components of the shoes.Answered on 12/7/2012 by Teva Product Specialist
