My ankle surgery was a success. Now that doctor said I could walk I needed to find a walking shoe to support my stability, confidence and walking with ease. My foot could easily fit into this type of sandal even though it was still swollen. Yay Victory! Comfort, dependable walking shoe and it looks modern and feminine. Win Win :) Makes me Happy while I get back to walking again.

I use my Tevas for long walks and hiking. It's great for both except that for hiking the straps are not sturdy enough in this new configuration. The sandal it replaced had a sturdier strap and I walked all over the Southwest with it last summer

The heel height is approximately 1". This style features one adjustable strap with a velco closure that is on the top of the ankle.
