There’s something special about riding bikes. Goodbye traffic, goodbye boredom, goodbye stress. It’s just great. It’s not so great, though, when you have to change your shoes as soon as you get to where you’re going. With the Freewheel, you get a cute sneaker that just so happens to be excellent for biking, so no need to bring the extra shoes next time.

Spider 365™

Spider 365™

One rubber, huge range of uses. Spider365 Rubber is the spork of our rubber arsenal.

Mush® Infused Insole

Mush® Infused Insole

Now we're not necessarily splicing Mush® genes back in the T.I.D.E Lab to build a hybrid mutant insole, but we do have an insole that’s worthy of the Mush name.

Pedlamp™

Pedlamp™

Slipping off your pedal can be painful … and really, really awkward. To prevent that, we worked with our team of professional freeride bikers to develop the PedalLINK outsole. It was designed to link up with the pegs of your pedal to keep your foot in place and in control. On top of that, it's got lugs at the toe and heel to help you get around when you're off your bike.

T.I.D.E. GRIP
  • Our Spider365 Rubber sole will hold its grip in all kinds of environments
  • Our PedalLINK outsole was designed specifically to interface with the unique platform of a bike pedal
  • Aggressive tread designs at the toe and heel will grip the dirt when you’re hoofin’ it
T.I.D.E. COMFORT
  • A Mush® Infused Insole brings the absurd comfort of our flip flops into a shoe
  • A rubber bumper will protect your toes
  • A minimal upper design gives you all you need and nothing more
  • Women’s specific shape and fit
  • Suede upper

      Casual style for large feet!

      By Starry

      from Augusta, GA

      About Me Comfort-oriented, Practical

      Pros

      • Comfortable
      • Sturdy
      • Stylish

      Cons

      • Poor Cushioning
      • Stiff Counter

      Best Uses

      • Casual Wear

I've had a very difficult time finding casual sneakers that comfortably fit my large (size 12 feet) and weren't ugly. These fit the bill! And they come in gray, which is a color I was hoping to get. As I would expect of Teva, the materials appear sturdy. I wear them all day teaching and running errands.
I probably wouldn't wear them for a full day of walking places. The insole doesn't offer too much cushioning, but it is removable so that could probably be remedied.
The one other thing that bothered me was that the shoe would dig into the back of my Achilles' tendon as I walked, but only on one foot. I'm endeavouring to break that part of the shoe in some more because the shoes are otherwise perfect for me!

        Q:

Is it possible to make the suede upper more water resistant/water proof?
Asked on 8/29/2013 by Tevas rock

        1 answer

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

We recommend treating the suede with a suede protector. This will help reduce staining and water damage, however it will not make the shoes completely waterproof.

        Q:

I am worried about the sizing. In other brands I wear a 10.5, and sometimes an 11. When I look at the size chart, it looks as though I should wear a size 10 (based on measuring my foot (in a sock) on a ruler). Should I order the 10, or should I order the 11?
Asked on 5/20/2013 by SR from Amherst, MA

        1 answer

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

If you are in between a 10.5 and 11, we recommend ordering the size 11 in this style.
