The Styrofoam Nuggets

We were in the middle of an awesome jam session when we decided to go out to the garage for a quick break. I was in bare feet. My brother looked down and said, "Wow, check out that Teva tan, guy." I said, hey man, quit crackin on my Teva tan. Then, we both looked at each other and said hey lets write a song about a Teva tan. We went back inside and the first take was all it took. All of our music is unplanned and improvised. The teva tan is unplanned as well. It just happens every year. There's not much I can do about it since all I wear in the summer is Tevas because "they feel so good on my feet." Check out our other songs on Myspace. Just search for "The Styrofoam Nuggets."

My Teva story is not as glamorous as the other great stories about our shoes adventures but my story is one that reflects how just the word of mouth alone puts Tevas on feet. I have had two pairs so far in my life because well that is how good they are and yes I am rough on them but they still keep my adventures hopping! Well I was in a new circle of friends who commented on my Tevas - I gushed about them telling them I can go from the water to the land with out any worry and I feel like I am barefoot all the time and blah blah blah Tevas this and that! Well the next weekend when I saw them again I noticed them all standing in a row all with their brand new Tevas!!! It was so funny and now they have gushed to their friends and now it seems to be the shoe of choice among this group - how did they not know about you!!!

Thanks for all the adventures!!! I plan on many many more and yes with my trusty Tevas!!!
