- Where were you born? Melbourne, Australia
- Resides : Reno, Nevada...The river is my home, an addiction that only you fellow kayakers understand.
- Favorite snack? Salty or Sweet? When I feel healthy I go for spinach or almonds, but if I'm having a craving it's all about salty peanuts or fish and chips or big steak!
- Clothing style? Street/skate, Paddling: River Running, Creeking, Freestyle
- Training Routine? Everyday!! Hard!! Run, weights, paddle, ride. Dig it, big time!
- Other Activities? Mountain Biking, BMX, Running, anything with an adventure! Cooking up a storm with delicious food! Drawing and design
- What do you have love most about your sport? When you are cruzin' along with everyday life, and its slowing you down, dreaming about getting some BIG WAVE kayaking therapy and you get a phone call from one of your mates, letting you know a river near by is in flood. The fire that explodes in my body when I hear this - that's what I love.
- If you could do your sport with anyone in the world, who would it be? The legendary Kiwi Nikki Kelley. No one else I would rather share an epic with.
- What organizations or outdoors conservation groups have you worked with? I am heavily involved with the savethekimberley.com campaign. The campaign is geared to increasing the awareness of the natural resources mining exploits proposed for the Kimberley and pressuring the Australian government to protect large parts of the Kimberley by turning it into World Heritage areas.
- When's the last time you got absolutely worked in your sport? You mean take a swim! Funny ‘cuz I was just thinking I was due for a good swim, I am 2 years out from my last. I did come really close last March 08 on a first descent into the Kimberley. I paddled blind over some pressure waves straight into a big fat hole, and spent the next 45 seconds riding the wildest bull. I think I could have won the local rodeo.
- What music is on your playlist? Amy Winehouse and Back to Black in the car, otherwise: Punk/Indie/Rock, Lounge, Love the Gossip, Sleater-Kinney, Pretty Girls Make Graves
