Next Steps To Take

  1. Print your return form. If returning multiple items, make sure you have a return form for each item enclosed in the box. If you are on a mobile phone, you can print to a wireless capable printer or print the copy that was emailed to you later.
  2. Enclose all product and returns forms in the box.
  3. Ship and You're Done!
  4. Mail your return back to:

    Please expect your return to take 3 – 5 business days for processing from the date of receipt at our returns department. We will send an email confirmation to you once your return has been processed. If your replacement product is not available, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
