Customer Returns & Exchanges
- Complete and enclose the Return/Exchange form located on the back of your invoice. It will tell us what to do with your return when the package arrives.
- Remove the top portion of the invoice and keep this for your records.
- Peel off the SmartLabel from your invoice and affix it to the outside of your return package. Next, place everything in the box including the return portion of your invoice. Be sure to remove, completely cover, or cross out the original shipping label and any other barcodes.
- Drop your package in the U.S. Mail wherever you find it most convenient: at home, at work or at your local Post Office. You also have the option of arranging a USPS pickup at your address (where service is available) by scheduling a "Carrier Pickup" at www.usps.com
- That's it really. No postage is required (SmartLabel returns are free!). Please allow 10 - 12 business days from the time of receipt at our warehouse for your refund to process.
- To track your return, visit http://returnstracking.shipmentmanager.com/TEVA. You can use your full order number to track your package.
- If you cannot locate your pre-paid shipping label or it is damaged, please contact the Ahnu call center. Click the following link to access the call center contact information. http://www.teva.com/customerservice/contactus.aspx.
International Customers or Returning on your Own
Ship using your preferred shipping method, we recommend you use an insured courier trackable method for returning your package to us. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.
