The Teva Return and Exchanges Policies

Returns for exchange or store credit

Please use this form ONLY if you did NOT purchase your Teva® product from www.teva.com, the Teva® call center, or Teva® mail order. If you used any of these methods to purchase directly from us, please click here instead.

We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Teva product from a retailer other than www.teva.com, the Teva call center or through Teva® mail order. We will process your return for an exchange or a credit. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us.

Items must be in new an unused condition. A product with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken. Products must be in our current product line, which is posted on www.teva.com.


Warranty Returns

The Teva® warranty applies to footwear less than one year from the date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to Teva which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case–by–case basis.

Please note that Teva® can offer an exchange or credit but do not perform repairs.

Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks.

Exchange will be shipped via UPS Ground at no cost to the customer.

In order for us to properly process your return, we kindly ask that you complete the following steps:

  1. Provide your shipping information; this is where we’ll send your item if you are making an exchange.
  2. Tell us what you’re returning (please include model number, color, and size).
  3. Tell us what you would like in exchange (please include model number, color, and size), if applicable.
  4. Tell us the reason for your return.
  5. Print the confirmation page and include it with your shipment.
  6. Print the resulting mailing label and affix it to your return package, which should include the confirmation page and both shoes to be evaluated.
    Please note: This label is for your convenience and is NOT a prepaid return label. You will still need to pay postage on your return.
  7. Send package via a trackable shipping method such as UPS.
