Please use this form ONLY if you did NOT purchase your Teva® product from www.teva.com, the Teva® call center, or Teva® mail order. If you used any of these methods to purchase directly from us, please click here instead.

We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Teva® product from a retailer other than www.teva.com, the Teva® Australia call center or through Teva® mail order. We will process your return for an exchange or a credit. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us.

Items must be in new and unused condition. A product with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken. Products must be in our current product line, which is posted on teva.com.

Please validate that your product was purchased from an authorized retailer prior to sending to us. Non authentic product will be returned to you.

I Received My Product As a Gift

We gladly accept returns from customers who received authentic Teva® product as a gift and need to exchange it. The product must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging, and must be in our current product line. Your return will be processed for an exchange or a credit that you can use on our site. Please note, if you receive credit, it will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
