Spider Original™

Spider Original™

A lot of people ask why we named our original rubber compound after one of the creepiest creatures on the planet. In response, we ask them if they’ve ever seen a cute puppy climb up a completely vertical, soaking wet rock. No? We rest our case.

Shoc Pad™

Shoc Pad™

You wouldn't ride a bike without a seat. The same logic applies for our Shoc Pad™ technology, which will give you a smooth ride without inhibiting your performance.

  • A nylon shank keeps the foot stable and in control.

      Comments about Terra Fi Lite:

After trying another popular brand of sandal and not liking them because the built in arches were too stiff for my flat feet and they made my feet look huge...I got my first pair of Tevas last summer on vacation. I was looking for a good quality sandal that could be used for hiking and water. I fell in love with these immediately. They have shown no sign of wear in the last year, even though during warm weather I wear them daily. I have hiked and swam in a creek in them, and wear them out. They not only look cute on my feet, they are extremely comfortable from walking to hiking and everything in between. I also have bad ankles so the heel cushion definitely makes a difference. Honestly, I can't think of any complaints about these sandals. A year in and still look and function like new! Can't wait to buy my next pair.

        Comments about Terra Fi Lite:

I have been wearing Tevas for over 15 years. They last for a while, so I'm very picky when I get them. I have wide feet, high arches, and arthritis in my toe. These so far have been good on all accounts. I have not had any problem with my feet sliding, or catching the front, like another comment, make sure you size them correctly. When they fit right they are amazing!! The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because of the front straps, the "zipper" fabric doesn't go all the way over the top Velcro. This makes them look unfinished. There also isn't enough top Velcro to go over the scratchy bottom part of the Velcro. When I cross my legs Indian style, I have scratched myself a few times. Easy fix, taking a little piece of Velcro to cover over, fluffy felt may also work. I just hate having to fix/rig something that should have been figured out in the design process.

        Comments about Terra Fi Lite:

I bought these when my old ones (of the previous discontinued style) finally wore out. I am wearing them, but I am a bit disappointed. I feel as if my feet are sliding forward in them. Also, I have tripped over the end a few times. This never happened with the old style. The Hurricane is similar to what I want, but does not have the padded straps.
They are comfortable once you get used to the changes, but I would go back to the old ones in a heartbeat.

          Q:

Does the Terra Fi Lite have 'neoprene comfort pads' on the ankle strap, toe strap, heel strap & 3 buckles?

I have a 10 yr. old pair of the Original Terra Fi and it has 6 neoprene pads on the under-side of the straps... am looking for a new pair of Tevas that have the neoprene pads, also.

          Thanks for your help

          Q:

what is the width of the woman's terra fi lite size 7? I ordered a men's size 7 and it said 'd' width, but there is no width mention on your site. I am wondering if I have made a mistake as I didn't know there were both men's and women's designs.

          Q:

2 questions - I have always worn Terra-FI 2 in size 8, but think I could go a little shorter. How must shorter (in inches) would the Lite size 7.5 be than the size 8 Terra-FI 2?
Also, is the Lite sole cushioning the same as the TF 2?
          Asked on 10/15/2013 by Barb

          1 answer

          • CUSTOMER CARE

            A:

There is about a 1/8 difference between the 7 1/2 and the 8. The footbed is sleeker and modernize, however you will have the same comfort and cushioning.
