Spider 365™
One rubber, huge range of uses. Spider365 Rubber is the spork of our rubber arsenal.
eVent Waterproof Fabrics
What good is a waterproof membrane if it keeps water out, but also makes your feet sweat like a turkey on Thanksgiving? Our eVent® membrane keeps water out and also wicks sweat away from your feet, keeping them dry inside and out.
Shoc Pad™
You wouldn't ride a bike without a seat. The same logic applies for our Shoc Pad™ technology, which will give you a smooth ride without inhibiting your performance.
Mush® Infused Insole
Now we're not necessarily splicing Mush® genes back in the T.I.D.E Lab to build a hybrid mutant insole, but we do have an insole that’s worthy of the Mush name.

Comments about Raith Mid eVent:
I bought these boots prior to my summer trip through South America. Everything looked good on paper, eVent, mid tops, grippy sole. However, 4-5 weeks into my trip (I was there 10 weeks and wore these everyday), I noticed my feet were in a constant state of soreness and it was getting hard to walk. It was especially worse when I had my pack on with weight. These boots simply do not have the support, or stiff enough sole to handle heavy backpacking loads (I had a 60L pack).
Fast forward a few months. On day hikes and small/light pack adventures, this boot is fine. The not so stiff sole, lets you conform to the ground well and give you great traction. However, when crossing a stream, I noticed a rush of water into my left boot. Seems like the eVent liner wore through where the tongue and the toe cap meet. Also the eVent liner only goes to about just below your ankle line, so get into anything deeper, you'll feel some water coming in.
If you accept the fact that this is a light day trip or just everyday boot, it is a great boot. Anything heavier than that, I would look into something else more sturdy.

Comments about Raith Mid eVent:
I bought these shoes to hike the rain forest of Costa Rica. From when I first slid my foot into this shoe and ten months later, comfort. I have worn these shoes almost 7 days a week, for work and play. I find the traction of the Raith very good. They still look good but are starting to show ware. I will buy teva's again and again.

Comments about Raith Mid eVent:
Haven't had this boot long (4 months) or on tough trails yet but so far it is a great hiker. I have had it in the rolling hills of Southern Ohio to the steep climbs of the mountains on Okinawa Japan. It has performed without fail. Lightweight, super supportive, and plenty of traction. I'll hold off giving this 5 stars until I see if they hold up to rocks and father time. Good product so far.
