Although they're thin, these have a surprising amount of cushioning in them. I guess there's something to this 'mush' technology. The contoured footbed may be somewhat exaggerated, but you don't need much contour with mushy soles like these have. They're nice and comfortable flip-flops.
The best advice I can give would be to order a size down. I regularly order my flip-flops one size smaller, because I don't want them too big, but I think I could have gone with 2 sizes smaller with the Teva Mush Sola. I normally wear a size 11 and the 10's fit me very well, but they're still a little larger than I'd like. A 9 may be too small, but I have plenty of room in these 10's.

I couldn't believe how comfortable these were when I slipped them on my feet. These are very light and comfortable. Idon't particularly like flip flops because I don't like anything between my toes but these are amazing. I still wear my original ankle strap Teva sandals that I bought about 14 years ago and they are still in good condition. Great products and I highly recomend this product to anyone.
