I am on my third pair of Dozers. Prior to retiring five (5) years ago, I resisted sandals because they were generally too wide for my narrow foot and lacked good support for my high arches.
At the suggestion of my wife, I purchased my first pair. I was an immediate convert. No break in, good support and easy to take on and off. Even with constant wear, all three pair are in good condition. I do replace them every year or so as they do get dirty but that has nothing to do with the quality of the sandal.
My Dozers are my shoe of choice 85% of the time. They are great for hiking, all casual wear and travel. My feet never hurt regardless of the ground surface.
