The Churn is a multi-sport shoe that specializes in getting wet. Its mesh upper is extremely breathable and quick-drying, making it the perfect shoe for those hot summer days when all you want to do is plunge into the water. Back in camp, you can take advantage of the Churn's fold down heel Shoc Pad™ when you just feel like slipping into your shoes. If you're only gonna take one pair of shoes on a trip, you won't go wrong with the Churn (unless you're going to a black tie gala…but even then you might be able to pull it off).

Spider Original™
A lot of people ask why we named our original rubber compound after one of the creepiest creatures on the planet. In response, we ask them if they’ve ever seen a cute puppy climb up a completely vertical, soaking wet rock. No? We rest our case.
Shoc Pad™
You wouldn't ride a bike without a seat. The same logic applies for our Shoc Pad™ technology, which will give you a smooth ride without inhibiting your performance.

Comments about Churn:
Quality construction, Bungee Cord nice color, and great style combination of sporty and casual.
However, a bunion at base of my toe, rubbed against the inside stitching for the outside decorative blaze. Returned these shoes for another pair of Tevas, Churn 4153 in Red Ochre.

Q:
I'm getting mixed messages on this product, specifically whether or not the spider rubber is non-marking (for sailing). I found 2 separate retailers both advertising this as a non-marking sole, including West Marine. However, I also saw a Q&A indicating the opposite. Can you please verify?Asked on 5/21/2013 by John from Cape Cod, MA1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Our Spider Original Rubber is non-marking, however it has not been boat-deck tested.Answered on 5/22/2013 by Teva Product Specialist

Can I wash these shoes??Asked on 2/5/2013 by Hippie Michael from Petoskey,Mi1 answer

Q:
I am looking for a pair of shoes that I can wear wet wading. I was looking at the color choices of the Churn and like the looks of the blue and silver pair. I was wondering if they would discolor or stain easily from mud and general usage in creeks and rivers, or if they would be easy to clean and keep from looking too dirty to be able to wear other than fishing.Asked on 2/4/2013 by Scott from Lexington, Ky1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
The materials on the upper are designed to withstand use in all types of water. Simply rinse with clear water when you're done, let them air dry out of direct heat or sunlight and they'll be ready for the next adventure!Answered on 2/7/2013 by Teva Product Specialist

Our men's styles are made in a standard "D" width, and our women's styles are all a standard "B" width. There is also a 2 size differential. For example, a men's 8 is equivalent in length to a women's 10.Answered on 10/24/2012 by Teva Product Specialist
