      Comments about Katavi:

Here's my wish: my foot is really broad, especially my toes. It's great that the strap there is adjustable so I can accommodate my broad feet, but I'm left with very little overlap for the velcro to attach to itself. I used to buy traditional Tevas, and would take them to a shoe repair shop, and they would sew in another piece of strapping so it would be long enough for sufficient overlap. I might try that with these, (but it's hard to find a shoe repair place anymore) but it'd be great if the strap was a little longer to make it unnecessary.

          Comments about Katavi:

I've had these shoes for three years now and I can honestly say they are the most dependable shoe I've ever owned. I walked over 350 miles of rugged, mountainous terrain with only a pair of socks and these sandals and they more than stood up to the challenge. One con, however is if your feet get hot and sweat, the soles of the shoes can get slick and they do not breathe exceptionally well. These should probably be designated for either indoor or outdoor use due to the stink they can hold aka the reason why I have to replace mine.
