    Comments about Hurricane XLT:

I wear these every day for my work hobbies, casual and semi formal wear (not that my wife always approves!). I live in Oklahoma. When the weather is cold and icy, I add a pair of socks.

I've had many a pair, and I have worn them so much the soles separated. Recently, I actually wore holes in the soles (too bad, they were just getting really comfortable).

    Great product.

      Comments about Hurricane XLT:

Went with the Hurricane this time instead of the Tera Fi. I liked the color choices better on the Hurricane, I actually don't miss all the extra rubber padding pieces that were on the Tera Fi, and like the more original feel of the Hurricane. I usually get around 3 years of wear out of a pair of Tevas, and hope these last as long. My last pair of Tera Fi's split along the ball of my right foot (which I superglued), but that was after the tread had completely worn off, which took 3 years of daily wear. VERY HAPPY with longevity and quality!!! Also, the new materials resist foot sweat longer, and I run mine through the dishwasher every year to clean them up.

          Are they washable?

          • CUSTOMER CARE

            A:

They sure are! Using a bristled brush, scrub the topsole from heel to toe with an anti-bacterial soap under water pressure to wash away any dirt that may be in the grooves. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry out of direct heat or sunlight.

          I have a wide foot 10 1/2. Will size 10 be appropriate?
Asked on 5/12/2013 by Bill from Cherry Hill, NJ

          1 answer

          • CUSTOMER CARE

            A:

This style is made in a "D" width and is fully adjustable. The footbed does tend to run slightly long, therefore we typically recommend ordering either your typical shoe size or 1/2 size down if you are in between sizes.
