International Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations.
Once you´ve received your order, we ask you to take reasonable care of all the items. If you change your mind about any of the products for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
All returns must be clean and free of all dirt & debris
You may return goods and receive a full refund (including any delivery costs) provided you have taken reasonable care of them. We consider that this includes that the goods have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn. We recommend that the goods are returned using the Returns Form received with your order.
Please note we cannot refund items that you have not taken reasonable care of.
If you wish to return a ”Teva“ product purchased anywhere other than this website, you should return the product to the place of its original purchase. Items purchased on line must be returned as outlined below and will not be accepted in stores.
We will process your returned item as quickly as possible and you will be credited within 3 – 10 business days from the day we receive the goods. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order is received damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Desk as soon as reasonably possible. The contact details of our Customer Service Desk can be found on our website.
If your order arrived damaged then we will replace it for you as soon as possible at no additional charge.
If you request a refund due to receiving faulty goods, we will arrange for the product to be collected. We will then assess the product and if product is deemed to be faulty then we will refund you in full the value of the product and the original delivery charge.
Please note if the product is assessed not to be faulty, we will refund you the full value of the product but not the original delivery charge.
There is a one-year express warranty against defective material and/or workmanship which applies from the date of purchase. If you have a warranty claim then please contact our Customer Service Desk for support. The contact details for our Customer Service Desk can be found on our website. Please note the warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or the material used. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. If a problem develops with a product during regular use, please contact our Customer Service Desk for further guidance and assistance. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
Please note we´re unable to facilitate direct exchanges. In the event you would like to change your purchase then the product must be returned in line with the procedure outlined above. You should then place a new order for the required product which will involve you providing your payment details again.
