Teva® are warranted to provide normal wear and be free from defective materials or faulty manufacturing for one year from confirmed date of purchase. Any products beyond one year will be evaluated on a case by case basis. For further warranty information please contact Teva at 1-800-367-8382.
For WARRANTY RETURNS purchased from Authorized Teva® Dealer in the UNITED STATES, online at www.teva.com/ca/index.aspx, the Teva® call center, or Teva® mail order, please return your item to the Authorized Teva® Returns department listed below:

Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks.
Please note that Teva® does not perform repairs.
In order for us to properly process your return, we kindly ask that you complete the following steps.
- 1. Tell us what you're returning (please include model number, color, and size).
- 2. Tell us the reason for your return.
- 3. Print the appropriate mailing label and affix it to your return package, which should include the both shoes to be evaluated. Please note: This label is for your convenience and is NOT a prepaid return label. You will still need to pay postage on your return.
- 4. Send package via a trackable shipping method.
Please note that if credit is provided as a result of this evaluation, such credit will expire if not used within one year from the date of issue.
