If shipping back using your own carrier, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Please expect your return to take 3 – 5 business days for processing from the date of receipt at our returns department.
- We will send an email confirmation to you once your return has been processed.
- If your replacement product is not available, a site credit will be emailed to you that you can use on our site or through our call center.
- For refunds, you will be issued a site credit by email which you can use online or through our call center.
- If you do not provide a valid email address, we will be unable to issue your site credit.
- All site credits will expire after 1 year of issuance.
