Canadian Return Policy
You can return new and unopened items purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Used items will be returned without a refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. Expect your return to take up to 10-12 business days to process from the date we receive it.
Exchanges:
*Canada Consumers, we are unable to process exchanges to Canada. Instead, your payment will be refunded and a replacement product can be placed online.
Defective Product and Returns due to Our Error:
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund. If the item is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. Please note: Exchanges must be handled as a return and a new order place for the replacement item.
Important!If you are returning a Teva item(s) that you purchased at an Authorized Teva dealer within Canada in the past 30 days, please return your item to the dealer location where it was purchased. If you are making a warranty return for an item purchased at an authorized dealer in Canada please make sure you that send it to the address shown below so that our in country dealer can assist you with the warranty evaluation and replacement. If you made your purchase via our website or by calling into our customer care center and you require a warranty evaluation, follow the instructions on the right side of the page to submit the return to our Camarillo address.
All warranty returns purchased from an Authorized Teva® dealer in Canada should be sent to:

Make sure that you include the following information
- Your Name
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Where they were purchased
- When the item was purchased
- A copy of the receipt
- A description of the the problem with the footwear
It is recommended that you ship your footwear to the distributor via a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Do not destroy the tracking information until you have received correspondence back from the distributor on your exchange.
This section is specifically for customers who purchased through our website or via the phone through our customer care center. This section can be used for items purchased within 30 days or to make a warranty return.
How to make a return
- Download the proper PDF form and a check list which includes a return label. As a reminder, this label is not prepaid, you will still need to pay to ship the package back to our address.
- Complete the returns form completely indicating the reason for the return.
- Reminder � we cannot currently process exchanges to Canada. Your item will be processed for a refund or credit memo. If you would like a different style or size, you will need to place a new order.
- Include the form, your invoice or receipt showing the date and purchase location
- Tape the shipping label to the outside of the box and take to the shipper of your choice. It is strongly recommended that you track your package via a carrier that can provide a tracking number as Teva is not responsible for items lost in transit.
