Hi there!

I'm a new owner of Teva shoes: I have my lovely Kayenta sandals and they can be with me for pleasure, for walking, for being in Parawaiting while the wind comes for my paraglider's flight; for being dressed with a beautiful dress, and so on so on...Can you feel my hapiness in this foto? I'm far away from home, in a espectacular view over a vulcan's cratere, in Açores, Lagoa das Sete Cidades.

Dear Teva,

This email is long overdue.

You have faithfully kept me properly sporting "Teva Tan Lines" for YEARS.

Gracias.

Tera-fy with Scorpion pattern straps got me hooked when I was in high school. An urban (dressy leather) pair was added to extend my options.

Two years ago, a friend was wearing a pair of your Olowahu style flip flops and I fell in love. I found a pair at a CitySport in Chinatown and have been wearing them consistently since.

Brand-new or well-worn-in, they fit perfectly. Many miles of Athens sidewalks, Colorado's sandy prairies, DC's Mall, Ocean City's putt-putt courses and the three flights of townhouse steps later, I'm buying a birthday set to start my 30s.

As a chica who has "expired" many a heels via dance floors and DC's brick sidewalks when out with friends, I can attest to the value of reliable and durable footwear that is stylish enough for a skirt while traveling and yet sporty and practical enough for an event in shorts. Thanks for making both in one.

Yours, as it would seem,

Marianne

Mountain girlie says Thank You

Hello,

Dear Teva,

I’ve been a fan for decades, living in the big-strap work horses. In fact, I finally gave up on my last pair when the sole lost its grip-tion., but I think they were at least 100 years old in dog years. Now, I have a new love—Kayenta sandals. Boy-style technicals in a girl-style package. Woo-hoo! For those of us outdoorsy girls who aren’t blessed with model-thin legs, these look great on our cankles. Although they look strappy, there’s plenty to keep them tracking along. I’ve hiked them in Arches and walked miles of cobbled European streets without a single blister. Just be sure to use lots of sunscreen on the tops of your feet, because there’s lots of ventilation. They dress up for cafes or dancing, and wake up the next morning ready to hike again.

After years of adventuring in gear marked “men’s small”, it’s such a pleasure to have girlie shoes that are almost as tough as me. Here’s a great big thank you from the female side of the Rocky Mountains.
