The Contest begins on May 15, 2009 at 12:00:00am (PST) and ends on June 30, 2009 at 11:59:59 pm (PST). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm (PST), June 30, 2009.
Video Content Requirements: To enter, you must create a video showing what you consider the "biggest air" in any human powered sport (your "Video"). The person uploading the Video will be deemed the entrant. Entrants may submit more than one Video. Your Video must meet each of the following requirements in order to be accepted as a Contest entry:
By submitting the Video, you represent and warrant that there are no violations of the above requirements. Sponsor may review your Video to ensure compliance with the above requirements. Any Video deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to violate any of the above requirements will not be approved and will be disqualified from the Teva® B1-G Air Contest. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
Submit your Video: Once you have created a Video that meets each of the requirements set forth above, visit www.teva.com/b1 and follow the instructions to submit your Video.

Entries are void if they are in whole or in part, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through fraud or theft. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Any difference between approximate retail value and actual retail value will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on Prize are the sole responsibility of the Teva® B1-G Air Contest winner. Sponsor recommends that B1-G Air Contest winner seek help from a tax advisor if necessary. If the Teva® B1-G Air Contest winner declines the prize or is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected by the Judges from all remaining eligible entries.
All eligible Videos will be judged on or before July 25, 2009 by a panel of five (5) judges including a member of Teva® and industry members based on the following criteria: a) “biggest air”; b) creativity; and c) originality, as determined by a vote of all five judges. The Video with the top overall score will be determined the Teva® B1-G Air Contest winner. Judges' decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. In the event of a tie, the winning Video shall be the Video which Teva® determines is the Video that conveys the “biggest air.” Judges reserve the right not to award the Teva® B1-G Air Contest Prize if they determine that no Video is qualified. Teva® B1-G Air Contest winner will be notified by e-mail or by phone on or before July 25, 2009.
To redeem the prize, Teva® B1–G Air Contest winner must respond within seven (7) days of prize notification. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within three (3) business days. You must obtain signed release forms from each of the people appearing in your Video. Failure to comply will result in the forfeit of the Teva® B1–G Air Contest Prize and the selection of a substitute Teva® B1–G Contest winner from remaining eligible entries. All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with the Official Rules.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to contest entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e–mail or mailed–in entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
FURTHER, SPONSOR AND ITS PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AGENCIES, AGENTS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND REPRESENTATIVES HAVE NO LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT(S) FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH THAT MAY RESULT FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE VIDEO OR BY ATTENDING THE SERAC ADVENTURE FILM SCHOOL AND THAT PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE TAKEN AND PARTICIPANT WILL ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SUCH INJURY(IES) OR DEATH.
If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest.
By accepting the Teva® B1–G Air Contest Prize, the winner must be willing to accept the risk in using products won in the contest and to confirm their acceptance of such risk in writing at Sponsor's request. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Teva® and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages and losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with creating and/or submitting a Video or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Contest, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of the prize. Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the contest; and (c) if he/she wins, to the use of his/her name, Video, biographical information, photographs and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation (except in Tennessee and where prohibited by law) and upon request, to provide consent to such use in writing.
For Teva® B1–G Air Contest winner name after July 30, 2009, send a separate self–addressed, stamped envelope to Deckers Outdoor Corporation dba Teva® at Mailing Address: 495–A S. Fairview Ave, Goleta, CA 93117 (Residents of Vermont need not include return postage).
Any individual (or duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and address of that individual from all lists used by Sponsor to mail contest. To elect to have an individual's name excluded from all such lists, submit a removal request in writing to Deckers Outdoor Corporation at mailing address. The notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all skill contests or contest by Sponsor to such individual.
Further, by entering this Contest, you agree that you are joining the email lists of Teva and its partners (Serac Adventure Films, Decon Media, Outdoor Foundation, IMBA, VAS Entertainment) and may receive emails from any of these companies. An individual (or duly authorized person) will be provided an option to opt out of the email list. Opting out of the email list will not affect your eligibility in the Contest.
