Teva Focuses On Product Development With New Hire

Goleta, Calif. (September 22, 2008) – Teva® (a division of Deckers Outdoor Corporation NASDAQ: DECK) is proud to announce the hire of new US Director of Development, Tony Macey. In his new role at Teva, Tony will report to Leigh Meyer, Vice President of Product Development.

Macey comes to Teva from his recent position at K-Swiss where he held the title of VP Global Sourcing & Product Development. Prior to his time at K-Swiss he held several ascending positions with Nike for 17 years; 12 years of which he lead various categories in product development.

Tony earned a BS in marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and went on to achieve a Masters degree in Business Administration from Auburn University in Auburn, AL.

“We brought Tony onboard because of his unique skill set which focuses on product development innovation, engineering and performance. Tony has the knowledge to put together unique, highly advanced products.
