Teva Chooses Jake Brandman as New Sales Vice President

Goleta, Calif. (September 22, 2008) – Teva® (a division of Deckers Outdoor Corporation NASDAQ: DECK) is proud to announce the hire of new Domestic Sales Vice President, Jake Brandman. In his new role at Teva, Jake will report directly to Pete Worley, Teva Brand President.

Most recently, Jake wore the hats of Director of Operations, Sales Operations, and International Sales for start-up outdoor footwear brand, Ahnu in Alameda, CA. Prior to that, Jake was Director of Sales and Sales Operations for Keen Footwear, also in Alameda, CA. While at Keen, Jake recruited and managed 45 sales representatives across 11 territories. He was also responsible for creating strategic partnerships with key domestic retailers, such as REI, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Eastern Mountain Sports, The Walking Company and Cabela’s. Under Jake’s leadership, Keen's domestic prebook increased 246% from $26 Million to $90 Million annually. Prior to joining Keen, Jake held various sales positions at Vans, Inc., including Director of Sales and Sales Operations.

Jake is a graduate of UCLA and received his M.B.A. from USC.
